Most people try to change their habits from the wrong part of the brain - the prefrontal cortex. This is the 'executive part' or the thinking part of the brain. We try to reason our way out of our habits, e.g. "This is a bad habit and I don't want to do it anymore."

And then we try to use willpower and positive self talk, positive imagery, affirmations and intention. But yet the habits still persist. Why? Because our habits are formed in the reptilian part of the brain rather than the prefrontal cortex.

  • Some PandoraStar sequences include audio tracks that have been specially designed to enhance the effects of the light session. Alternatively, you can listen to binaural beat tracks or simply enjoy the session in silence.
